What is the Graphic card that renders graphic Fast?

I have 4GB Ram and 3.40 GHZ , I need to buy a new graphic card so it may not slow down my computer and renders graphics in seconds.

No video card you purchase will slow your computer down. If you are looking to improve your gaming get a nVidia GTS 250 for about $150. If you just want a pretty desktop and better HD movie viewing get a HD4670. The HD4670 will run most any game, but the quality may not be to your standards.
