What a small claims judgement is rendered is there a time frame you have to wait before garnishing wages?

I know when I win in small claims court the defendant will not pay.

He has a good job, and I was wondering if I could start the process of collections immediately after the judgment or is there a waiting period that muse satisfied?

I'm in NJ, and ideally after the judgment I would like to start the collections process as fast as possible, is there a time frame i have to wait before I start this process? What a small claims judgement is rendered is there a time frame you have to wait before garnishing wages?
You have to go back to the clerk at the small claims court, and have the court file for non-payment. The clerk can explain the options to you.

they are also listed here.
