Is it true that the frames per second that TVs run at renders the brain to susceptible suggestion?

Or is it just the Garbage that spin doctors feed us on the news and in big movies? Is it true that the frames per second that TVs run at renders the brain to susceptible suggestion?
Scientific studies do show that the brain does capture images displayed in some subliminal advertising. And it is also a function of the frame rate per second and the number of frames that the subliminal image is programmed to appear.

As to whether such capture in some part of the brain actually results in a change on the person's opinions, feelings or behavior is another issue. Success and failure has been shown in the various studies on this. So it is not all garbage or pop psychology. There is an element of truth to subliminal programming in film and video. Is it true that the frames per second that TVs run at renders the brain to susceptible suggestion?
Yes and it is supposed to work quite well.

The BBC have 'vote labour' messages sublimely broadcast, whereas Chanel 4 have 'Get your t*its out' broadcast on theirs.
