To render or not to render a house?

I am looking at redering my new two story brick home. How much will this approx cost to have the front done? Also, will this add much value on for resale?To render or not to render a house?
That depends upon several things. Who is doing the work? How much work is to be done? My grandfather used a set of blue prints once because the insurance company required it. He knew everything about what he was doing and didn't need the blue prints. Houses aren't that simple anymore, but some of the work is that simple.To render or not to render a house?
Check with Home Depot for an estimate - and it may cost $100 for such an estimate, but well worth it as they can find any hidden repairs that you won't consider.
