What a small claims judgement is rendered is there a time frame you have to wait before garnishing wages?

I know when I win in small claims court the defendant will not pay.

He has a good job, and I was wondering if I could start the process of collections immediately after the judgment or is there a waiting period that muse satisfied?

I'm in NJ, and ideally after the judgment I would like to start the collections process as fast as possible, is there a time frame i have to wait before I start this process? What a small claims judgement is rendered is there a time frame you have to wait before garnishing wages?
You have to go back to the clerk at the small claims court, and have the court file for non-payment. The clerk can explain the options to you.

they are also listed here.

I am not sure you can do it but it is worth a try

I remember a small claims I won years ago indicated I had 10 yrs to collect

What's the difference between rendering and rasterization?

Both seem to convert a model into pixels. What's the difference between rendering and rasterization?
When you rasterize an image, you are converting it from a vector-based format to a pixel-based format. Rendering would probably be more commonly used when it refers to ';generating'; something, such as rendering a video to MPEG-2 format after you have performed editing such as transitions or cutting out scenes. What's the difference between rendering and rasterization?
Rasterization or rasterisation is the task of taking an image described in a vector graphics format (shapes) and converting it into a raster image (pixels or dots) for output on a video display or printer, or for storage in a bitmap file format.

The term rasterization can in general be applied to any process by which vector information can be converted into a raster format.

In normal usage, the term refers to the popular rendering algorithm for displaying three-dimensional shapes on a computer. Rasterization is currently the most popular technique for producing real-time 3D computer graphics. Real-time applications need to respond immediately to user input, and generally need to produce frame rates of at least 20 frames per second (and preferably 60 fps or more).

Compared with other rendering techniques such as ray tracing, rasterization is extremely fast. However, rasterization is simply the process of computing the mapping from scene geometry to pixels and does not prescribe a particular way to compute the color of those pixels. Shading, including programmable shading, may be based on physical light transport, or artistic intent.

What is it about iron chariots that renders God impotent?

';And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron. (Judges 1:19)';

How do I make and render an object in AutoCAD when the components are not in the same plane?

I am trying to render a ship's hull, which has lots of curves and is not in a single plane. AutoCAD will not allow me to make this ship an object, or sections of this ship an object, because the components are not co-planar. Any suggestions? How do I make and render an object in AutoCAD when the components are not in the same plane?
Obviously since you are designing a 3D object not everything can be placed on ';0'; on the Z axis or else your boat would be flat. That being said, how did you design this ship? Are these components AutoCAD Solids? If so you shouldn't have a problem, it should simply render. If you want this to be one ';piece'; or object you could simply insert it into a new drawing as a block and it's automatically an object (block). BUT if these are not solids then I'm curious about how you designed this?

Try posting your question on AUGI (www.augi.com) where they have hundreds of AutoCAD experts and you can post the file on their forums. They are currently working on their forum this week-end, but they should running again Monday morning. How do I make and render an object in AutoCAD when the components are not in the same plane?
You can try to put all objects at zero elevation ('z'). Problems like this are usually caused by objects having 'z' values other than zero. Unless you are building a 3d model it is best to have all objects with a 'z' value of zero. Just having a lot of curves should not cause you much trouble unless you are working with 3d objects if you set the 'Center Z' value to zero with in your properties menu.

How do i apply a render to one side of an external wall?

Not sure of the correct wording, but i need to apply a render to one side of an external wall. How do i prepare the wall before applying the render? Do i need to fix batons first? How do i apply a render to one side of an external wall?
I believe they are called rendered laths - used for plaster work. Here's a web site to get you going.

mix up some mortar. cement, sand, water. lie on the grass and throw lumps of the mix at the wall. watch it slide and drop. Improve your aim and cover it partially while your misses cake you in cement, that dries while you work. you should now be encased in your self made prison. Enjoy. look at the sky, its starting to rain, now soil yourself, should not have had that third cup of nescafe. a spider crawls into your mouth and hungrily you devour it. oh the refreshing lifegiving rain. drink it all in. Nightfall comes and you are cold. you realise a dog has lifted its leg and urinated on you, You cry, you pray, you swear, but alas, this is the fate of the novice wall renderer.

  • Does changing the render quality in sony vegas before you render decrease your video quality?

I have sony vegas platinum. I found that if you go to the video qualities and make the render quality worse that editing is much smoother. Can I make the render quality ';draft';, edit my video, then change the render quality back to best before I render without losing quality?Does changing the render quality in sony vegas before you render decrease your video quality?
Nope. All that you're doing is changing the quality of the preview. It doesn't apply that setting to the actual render. The options in the ';Render as...'; dialogue box over-ride everything else.

Generally, having the preview quality set as ';preview - auto'; will allow for the smoothest editing playback. You can turn it down to ';draft';, but it's not terribly good. Having the preview quality set with ';auto'; will allow Vegas to change resolution during the preview if it can't keep up. Don't forget that certain sections where you apply complex effects can be temporarily rendered by using ';selective pre-rendering'; or ';dynamic ram preview'; (look up those terms in the help file for more details if you need to).
